Values
Trust
Players need to do their best to improve. Doing your best is vulnerable, because there are times when your best isn’t good enough. There must be an environment where teammates are comfortable with being vulnerable (doing their best). Players must trust that though they may be lacking in some areas, they are confident their teammates want them to improve and have good intentions.
Humility
Those who lack humility can never be great leaders. They do not acknowledge their weaknesses, nor work to improve themselves. Those people will never improve.

Team
“You cannot paddle the boat alone. Find someone to share your life with. Make as many friends as possible, and never forget your success depends on others.”
-William H. McRaven
The number one condition that we can put in place to increase the likelihood of Antifragility (growing through hardship) is the quality of our relationships
-Tal Ben-Shahar
Personal Growth
We use the game of football to challenge players to grow as people on and off the pitch. We believe a better person will produce a better player. Our intention is to help players strive to become their best version regardless of what they choose to do in life.
Results
Individuals’ attention should be on achieving the collective goals of the team, and not on personal reputation and status. It is perfectly fine to have personal goals, but they must align with and contribute to the team’s collective goals.
Accountability
Take ownership of failures and poor performance, seek guidance on how to improve and figure out a way to overcome those challenges.

Service
Players should serve things greater than themselves. They are part of a community that they have indirectly benefited from. Fostering relationships with local businesses and outreach organizations is important to us. Our volunteer initiatives are mandatory and an expression of our club’s values
