Does your player have a weak brain 🧠?

The purpose of our strength & conditioning program is to build strong brains. Players will practice suppressing their feelings of fatigue and discomfort (pain) to squeeze out that last rep (gain). This is the type of thinking that is required to produce strong muscles. The strong brain is the cause, and the strong muscles are the effect. The strong brain is the cause, and the better player is the effect. This is their “adversity training”!

Age Group Overview:

  • Pre-academy (U9 & U10): Speed, agility & stability exercises

  • Prep Academy (U11 & U12): Speed, agility & stability exercises

  • Academy (U13 & U14): Calisthenics & other body weight resistance exercises

  • Royal Academy (U15 - U19): Introducing external loads & weight training

*Strength & conditioning sessions are conducted by a Certified Personal Trainer and/or a Certified Strength & Condition professional.
