Junior Academy

Program Overview

Club Fee: $1,600

Monthly Payment option: ✅
Acceptance fee: $250 (credited to your club fee)

The Junior Academy is for players born in 2015 & 2014 (U11 & U12). Teams are coached by an ERFC certified professional coach for both training and games. This program focuses on improving players’ technique in 8 core areas (see Technical development).

Club Fees include:

• 8 Tournaments (9v9 game format)

• 4 Training sessions per week (3 football training sessions, 1 strength training session on Saturday mornings)

• Team bonding & volunteer initiatives

• ERFC certified professional coach

• Coaches’ Hotel and Travel expenses

🏆 Competition Overview

Teams compete in 4 tournaments in the Fall and 4 in the Spring. Prep Academy teams play in the 9v9 game format.

⚽️ Football Training Overview

Football Training sessions will be Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (5:30 - 6:45 PM or 6:45 - 8:00 PM). Training sessions will be held at one of the City of Greensboro’s sporting facilities (Hester Park, Leonard Rec. Center and/or Jaycee park).

💪 Strength & Conditioning Overview

Strength & conditioning sessions will be on Saturdays (8:30 - 9:30 or 9:30 - 10:30 AM). Sessions will consist of speed, agility & stability exercises. Training sessions will be held at one of the City of Greensboro’s sporting facilities (Hester Park, Leonard Rec. Center and/or Jaycee park).
