Pre-Academy

Program Overview

Club Fee: $1,250

Monthly Payment option: ✅
Acceptance fee: $200 (credited to your club fee)

The Pre-Academy is for players born in 2016 & 2015 (U9 & U10). Teams are coached by an ERFC certified professional coach for both training and games. This program focuses on improving players’ technique in 10 core areas (see Technical development).

Club Fees include:

• 3 week pre-season futsal camp at the beginning of the season (M, W, Th & Sat)

• 7 Tournaments (7v7 game format)

• 4 Training sessions per week (3 football training sessions, 1 strength training session on Saturday mornings)

• Team bonding & volunteer initiatives

• ERFC certified professional coach

• Coaches’ Hotel and Travel expenses

🏆 Competition Overview

Teams compete in 3 tournaments in the Fall and 4 in the Spring. Pre-Academy teams play in the 7v7 game format.

⚽️ Training Overview

Football Training sessions will be Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (5:30 - 6:45 PM or 6:45 - 8:00 PM). Training sessions will be held at one of the City of Greensboro’s sporting facilities (Hester Park, Leonard Rec. Center and/or Jaycee park).

💪 Training Overview

Strength training sessions will be on Saturdays (8:30 - 9:30 or 9:30 - 10:30 AM). Sessions will consist of speed, agility & stability exercises. Training sessions will be held at one of the City of Greensboro’s sporting facilities (Hester Park, Leonard Rec. Center and/or Jaycee park).
